How long has CC Copies been in business?
Carrollwood Copy Center and Printing has been serving Tampa Bay businesses since 1981 — over 45 years of printing experience and community service. What started as a neighborhood copy shop has grown into a full-service print and promotional products powerhouse, while maintaining the personal service of a family business.
Where are you located?
We are located at 11406 North Dale Mabry Hwy, Suite 207, Tampa, FL 33618. We are conveniently accessible from the Carrollwood area and greater Tampa Bay. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday by appointment. Get directions →

How do I place an order?
You can place an order several ways: online via our contact form, by calling us at (813) 962-8770, by emailing graphics@cccopies.com, or in person at our Tampa shop. For file submission, use the file upload on our contact page or email your artwork directly.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary by product. Many items start at 25–50 units. Some specialty items may have higher minimums, while others have no minimum at all. Contact us and we will find the best option for your specific budget and quantity requirements.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely. We provide digital proofs for all custom print jobs before going to press. Your approval is required before production begins. We want to make sure you love the final product — no surprises, ever.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), personal and business checks, and cash. Business accounts may qualify for net payment terms. Contact us to discuss account setup.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept the following file formats:
PDF with embedded fonts and images is our preferred format as it ensures your layout prints exactly as designed. If you're unsure how to export a PDF for print, our design team is happy to assist.
What resolution should my files be?
For best results, all images should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at final print size. Images taken from websites are typically 72–96 DPI, which will appear blurry when printed. If you're unsure about your file resolution, send it to us and we'll check it before printing.
How do I send my files?
You can send your files in three ways:
- Use the file upload on our Contact page
- Email your files to graphics@cccopies.com
- Bring files in person on a USB drive to our Tampa location
For large files (over 10MB), we recommend using a file sharing service like WeTransfer or Google Drive and emailing us the link.
Should I include bleed in my design?
Yes. Please include a minimum 0.125" (1/8 inch) bleed on all sides for any design with elements that extend to the edge of the page. This prevents unwanted white borders after trimming. Also keep all critical text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line as a safe zone. If you need help setting up your file correctly, our design team is here to assist.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes! Same-day printing is available for many standard products depending on order size and current production schedule. Call us ahead at (813) 962-8770 to confirm availability before placing a same-day order. We'll do everything we can to meet your deadline.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is typically 3–5 business days depending on the product and quantity. Rush (1–2 business days) and same-day options are available for most standard products. Large or complex orders may require additional time. When you request a quote, we'll confirm the exact turnaround for your specific job.
Do you ship or deliver?
We offer local pickup at our Tampa location at no charge. Shipping is available for most products via UPS or FedEx — contact us for shipping rates and estimated delivery times to your location. For large or fragile items like trade show displays, we recommend local pickup to ensure safe handling.
